01About these terms

These terms cover your use of the thelogiclab.tech website. The site is run by Clickageek (Pty) Ltd t/a The Logic Lab, registration number 2021/909625/07 (we, us). By using the site, you agree to them.

If you buy a service from us, a separate service agreement or order covers that work. Where the two disagree, the service agreement wins.

02Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share links. Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful
• try to break, overload, or get around its security
• copy large parts of it automatically
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us

03Information on the site

What's on the site is general information about our services. It isn't technical, legal, or security advice for your particular situation.

Prices marked "pilot" may change. Prices are shown in US dollars and may not include local taxes. The price you pay is the one in your written order.

04Our services

The service agreement sets out what's included, what isn't, how monitoring works, response expectations, payment, and cancellation. In summary:

• Monitoring checks your website at regular intervals and tells you when it stops answering. It can't prevent outages, and it doesn't guarantee any particular uptime.
• A handover pack reflects what you and your suppliers told us at the time. We mark anything we couldn't confirm.
• Once you've paid for it, your handover pack is yours to keep and use.

05Ownership of site content

The text, design, and logo on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can quote small parts with a link back. Please ask before reusing anything more.

06Other websites

We link to other sites, such as Google's privacy pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

07Availability

We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.

08Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of this website, or for loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.

Liability for paid services is set out in the service agreement.

09Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, including our use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

11Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
